Zack (aka ZackAttack) is a user from the Flynn Lives Discussion Forums who created the Fake ENCOM Badges and the password crack which helped Flynn Lives supporters hack into ENCOM's website and gain access to Kurt Hardington's remote desktop. Zack is the owner of Arcade Aid, a company that provides parts and restoration of arcade machines, especially ENCOM games.

ZackAttack has been revealed to be Roy Kleinberg, a former ENCOM computer programmer who has been reinstated as "ENCOM's moral compass."
