Zack (aka ZackAttack) is a user from the Flynn Lives Discussion Forums. He also owns ArcadeAid, a company providing parts and restoration for arcade machines, especially ENCOM games.
An active member of the forums since 1991 (with the oldest recorded sign-up date), ZackAttack created the fake ENCOM Badges and the password crack which helped Flynn Lives supporters hack into ENCOM's website and gain access to Kurt Hardington's remote desktop. He also engineered and launched the multi-hacker "side-channel attack," based on a theory found in Kevin Flynn's writings, which opened the door for Clu to send a page to Alan Bradley from Flynn's Arcade.
ZackAttack was revealed to be Roy Kleinberg, a former ENCOM computer programmer who was later reinstated as "ENCOM's moral compass."
