Greetings, Program! Welcome to Tron Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the User:Jerepasaurus page.
Adding to the wikiEdit
Hi there! Thanks for your note about the novels.
The great thing about a wiki is that you can add new information yourself! Click the "Edit" button on any page to add information from the books. It sounds like you've got a lot of new stuff to add -- just go ahead and write it on the pages! Let me know if I can help you with anything... -- Danny (talk) 18:38, January 25, 2011 (UTC)
- I've read through the novel content suggestions, and one thing that needs pointing out is the differences in canon and non-canon information sources. Novelisations are based on early versions of scripts with more complete information than what hits the screen, but by the time the movie is edited and released, the two can have conflicting information. Seeing as the movies are still technically the source for the literature, and are regarded here as the definitive canon source, I suggest the book material be included under separate subsections on pages and identified as content from a non-movie source.
- I echo the above statement about content additions too. Feel free to start contributing. ;) -- WarBlade 19:36, January 25, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks guys. I never knew that information about movies being canon first! Now I plan to learn all the ins and outs to the site and how to work everything before I go about actually adding or updating anything. I wouldn't want to cause any errors!
