I figure Yori's the key. The design of Flynn's game universe which was used as the storage matrix for the laser teleportation experiments seems to only allow for the "soul" or total being of a program to have one avatar... one self representation, at a time.....so it would make sense if Yori is hiding the iso population on the old grid... came matrix... same rules.As a program, she's bound by the laws of the system... the laws of the digital nature she was born into.THAT's why she never showed up on Tron Legacy. During the uprising, she used her functions as the control program for the laser as a network connection, since her total self included copies on both intranets. END OF LINE
