28 years ago, today, Tron was released in theaters! Time to celebrate by getting a cold one, some popcorn fresh from our vintage popcorn poppers and putting in our two-disk Tron DVD in the DVD player!

ComicTRON! Evolution at E3!

Disney is planning another TRON panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con International Convention! At 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2010, the panel presentation will be held in Hall H of the San Diego Convention Center.

On the dais will be filmmakers and talent from the film, including director Joe Kosinski, producers Sean Bailey and Steven Lisberger as wells as cast members Jeff Bridges, Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Michael Sheen and Bruce Boxleitner. The panel discussion, to be moderated by Patton Oswalt, is set to include exclusive glimpses of the film, as well as a Q & A involving all panel participants, along with special surprise guests. (Cindy Morgan or Daft Punk, anyone?)

Also at SDCC, the Disney booth (located on aisle #3712) is showcasing an exclusive look at the new mechandise for the movie as well as Tron Evolution the video game!

Tron Evolution was revealed at E3 this past week. You gotta check out the amazing teaser trailer, which features the return of TRON!

Hey guys,

Sorry for the lack of news. Been pretty busy. I'm going to briefly summarized what happened: Hello Flynn was found and after finding barcodes in the Space Paranoids Online game, people found awesome concept artwork for Tron Legacy. Some new billboard artwork was released as well as some details for Tron Evolution, not to mention Tron: The Betrayal too. I could really use some extra help lol.

Greetings, programs!! :D Mr. Sinistar, founder and admin of Tron Wiki, to tell you that Tron Wiki needs admins and editors to add new content and data to the wiki, especially now that Tron Legacy and Tron Evolution are coming out soon.

I'm currently going to college right now, so I can't spend my time all day working on Tron Wiki when I have more important things to worry about. We need people to edit and add articles on basically everything related to Tron, especially:

Tron 2.0
Tron: Ghost in the Machine
Cast and Crew
Userboxes

If you can help out, please do so by signing in and making your edits. Tron Wiki will have a Manual of Style posted soon, but it's very simple: For articles on characters or things that don't exist anymore, just write the article in past tense. If the character or object still exists, write the article in present tense. Simple as that!

Tron Legacy co-writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz have already been hired to write a sequel to the yet-to-be-released Tron Legacy!! Alan Bradley, revealed in San Francisco today, an online version of Space Paranoids is going to be released very soon! Using Kevin Flynn's own source code from the original game, the game also features 15 never-before-seen levels designed by Flynn himself! Alan's wife, Lora even showed up at the conference to say Hi! Shortly after the executive consultant of ENCOM left, Flynn Lives Organizers invaded and took over the stage to declare their never-ending quest to find Kevin Flynn.

Apparently someone was suppose to parachute from the helicopter while Alan was still on stage, finishing up his announcement, but the helicopter came by too early and had to be postponed until the end.

Nevertheless, this is awesome news for Tron fans, as we'll finally get to play Space Paranoids!!!

After being nominated 5 times for almost 40 years, Jeff Bridges, known for his roles as Kevin Flynn, Clu and the Dude, finally won an Academy Award.

Jeff thanked his parents for leading him to become an actor, as well as thanking his collaborators and his wife and their three daughters.

The Award was given to him in recognition of his work on Crazy Heart, where he plays Bad Blake, a past-his-prime country star looking for another chance at stardom.

A new image from Tron Leagcy will be released everyday this week to mark the release of Tron Legacy's first teaser trailer!! The first image shows Flynn's Arcade's currect condition in 2010. Obviously this movie is going to be dark and grim, unlike the original Tron movie. Pure awesomeness!

Also rumors are coming in that Steven Lisberger is personally overseeing the color correction process for Tron's first ever high definition release on Blu-Ray! This is the first re-release of Tron in 8 years, as well as being the very first release of Tron in Hi Def. I gotta get a Blu-Ray player for Christmas! XD

The Tron Legacy Teaser Trailer premiered today in 5 fives around the world. Despite negative reaction from the NYC premiere, the trailer is reported to be totally awesome and will be shown publicly on March 5th before screenings of Alice in Wonderland. Joe Kosinski and Steven Lisberger had a surprise Q & A at the LA screening and revealed several details that you can read about here:

Flynn Lives has finally revealed a new image, as well as a new website, Pitcell.com which reveals an exclusive screening that will take place in New York, Los Angeles, London and Sydney. Chances are this is the new trailer for Tron Legacy, which will be released to the public on March 5th along with Alice in Wonderland.

Flynn Lives has revealed a list of cities for the next ARG event on February 24th. We don't know what the cities are for yet, but I'll keep you posted as soon as I find out what the event is. The cities are:

Flynn Lives ARG Update!

Finally converted news articles to the Wikia's blogging feature, which will make things much easier!

Flynnlives.com has a Binary clock (made out of bits of course XD) that will countdown to February 24th at 11AM EST. Underneath the bit clock is a list of USA cities that are slowly being revealed. More detail will come soon!

Also, I'm working on changing the layout of the wiki and make it look more professional.

Now to figure out how to post this on the front page. XD
