...to my last blog, I'm announcing my departure. I doubt many will care, but I've lost interest in this site, mainly due to our administrator's robotic, unadaptive views of this wiki and its users. Maybe from time to time (if I'm not blocked because of my previous sentence, that is) I'll edit some pages, maybe fixing some minor grammar mistakes or something. Don't expect it, though. The only person I'd really like to say goodbye to is Gibson42, so, bye.

Oh, and Warblade: a manual of style might do wonders for the quality of this wiki's pages.

Well, after my 3-month long "trip", I'm finally back! Although I won't be spending as much time here as before, I'll definitely be around, updating pages and bringing them up to scratch (because it seems no one else has). As usual, I'm open to questions and discussions and all that stuff. See you around the Wiki!

A note to fellow TRON Wikians

Hi, this is Jeyo. In the past few weeks, our administrator, WarBlade, has been locking gallery pages to prevent editing. He does this when people upload and add picture after picture long after they are needed. I personally find it very annoying when there is a small spelling error that would normally be easily fixed on a locked gallery page. I am also guilty of uploading way more pictures than is necessary at times, but I have stopped doing it quite as much. I would urge others (especially DaftPunkGuy) to not upload excess images so WarBlade does not lock as many pages. Instead, we could focus on expanding the Biographies of the TRON: Uprising characters, which we need to update regularly (so far I have been the only one adding large sections to these pages).

Why do programs need "battle armor" for the Games if they are there to get derezzed? And why do captured programs, but not Black Guards, get armor?

The Guard's disc sliced right through Rilo's "armor"!

Beck's Brilliance

So I've got a question here: When Beck destroyed Clu 2's statue and then escaped in his Light Cycle, why did he have his Light Ribbon active? Briliant, right? The perfect way to be traced: leave a clear trail.

Look at this series of pictures just before Clu 2's reintegration. In the middle picture, his feet are on both sides! He didn't seem to turn around at all: He was just facing this way and then facing that way!

Look at this picture! Beck is opening the doors to a Light rail compartment and freeing his friends, and on his left side (our right) there is a Black Guard with his helmet off and he seems to be fine with what beck is doing! Unless it's a good program in a Black Guard disquise, that's pretty weird!

TRON: Uprising Canonocity

As the title says, this is to be a discussion of the canonocity of TRON: Uprising. I personally think it's non canon. These are my 2 simple reasons:

Tron is teaching Beck to become the new monitor and to fight against Clu's forces, but if Clu is already known to be a villian, then Tron must already be Rinzler.

If Beck is the next "Tron", then where is he in TRON: Legacy? There is no mention of him. He would have to be derezzed to be unheard of, and I doubt they're going to kill off the main character

What do you guys think? Canon? Non-canon? We'll need a consensus to make it official.

Daftpunkguy deserves some credit for helping me think of this, but what happened to Rinzler? He did not derezz but he is nonexistant, because Tron is back. And seeing as he was "rectified" by Clu 2, doesn't the fact that he turned back into Tron mean he DE-RECTIFIED? That word should be made canon! There should be a category for it, right?

Fan Fiction!

Are any of you writing fan fan fiction? I'm thinking of writing one about Klorr, a program of mine who went from champion in the Games to a System Monitor for Clu 2. His story starts right around the events of TRON: Evolution and proceeds up to somewhere after TRON: Legacy. That's about all I have right now, other than that he carries three Light Grenades, two Batons and has curved makings on his helmet reminiscent of a ram's horns. That's the animal ram, not the program of the same name. Do you guys have any fan fics?

Clu 2 Super-Program?

In the climax of TRON: Legacy, the scene on the portal bridge, doesn't it seem like Clu has super "programular" powers or something? I mean Sam punches him in the face as hard as he can and Clu just comes right back up, grabs Sam and throws him like 20 feet! And then he jumps what looks like 40 feet to get to the portal! Not only that, but when Flynn creates the energy field to pull Clu towards him Clu resists for like 10 seconds. Surely any other program would be sucked towards Flynn immediately? What do you guys think?
