if he just has the one splitable disc how was it made?

One splitable disc it was probably made by Clu 2 considering he rigged the games JR 00:21, December 21, 2010 (UTC)

As is shown in the flashback, Tron pulls out his disc and grabs another one from a guard. It is implied that when CLU turns him into Rinzler he keeps the second disc and integrates it with his first.OMEGATRON 18:51, March 18, 2011 (UTC)
