I dunno if anyone noticed, but Perl was on the gaming grid with Sam, though we never see her. As we don't see whether she was derezzed or not, it is unclear if she still lives. That said, her name was on the hologram ring which displays the combatants names. I have included a screencap. It is backwards, but clearly there at the top of the image.
