The sec rezzer (also known as security rezzers or security rez-in station) appear in TRON 2.0. Their primary function is to spawn more ICPs if they are operated by a security program. If an ICP is near a sec rezzer they should be the player's primary target since if they operate the rezzer an ICP will be spawned near every rezzer on the level. A player with the proper permission can deactivate a rezzer, meaning they can't be used and can no longer spawn an ICP.
