Sark's Lieutenant is an ENCOM program that operates as Sark's right-hand-man and lieutenant. He is a specialist in protocol and intelligence. His user is Peter, Ed Dillinger's assistant. Sark calls him "Null Unit" and "bit-brain," criticises him for showing initiative, and occasionally strikes him in fits of bad temper.

After Sark brings Dumont and his other captives to the MCP, the Lieutenant stays behind to guard the path, and is derezzed by Tron, who had stowed away on the escape pod they'd arrived in.

Trivia

Sark's Lieutenant is the only program with visible circuits on the skin of his neck, not just on his suit.
