Lieutenant Bitbrain is an ENCOM program that is Sark's right-hand-man and Lieutenant. His user is Peter, Ed Dillinger's assistant. He was portrayed by Tony Stephano, who appeared in one other movie besides Tron. Lieutenant Bitbrain is the only program in the entire movie to have circuitry on his skin.
