Sark's Lieutenant (name given in the credits) is an ENCOM program that is Sark's right-hand-man and Lieutenant. His user is Peter, Ed Dillinger's assistant. He was portrayed by Tony Stephano, who appeared in only one other movie besides Tron. He is the only program in the entire movie to have circuitry on his skin.
