The Pyramid Ship was a large ship controlled by Jet Bradley and Mercury in the graphic novel TRON: The Ghost in the Machine. The ship was originally blue and purple but Jet changed the color to red and yellow in order to enter the MCP stronghold. The ship is shaped like a giant pyramid and it holds Light Cycles that are equipped with guns in a hangar for attacking the MCP. Many other Military Programs were transported in the Pyramid Ship also. It is often seen flying on it's side above the ground.
