Ophelia is the 1st ISO program discovered by Flynn and Clu 2. She seems to be a leader among the ISOs wearing a blue gown with an elaborate headress, as seen in the Tron Evolution political rally clip, she was presumably invited by Flynn to call for peace between ISOs and Matrix programs, she also mourned her friend Giles?, but was interrupted by Abraxas. In Tron: Betrayal, she is the most seen of the ISOs as expected a leader.
