NECA (National Entertainment Collectibles Association) is an American manufacturer of collectibles founded in 1996. In 2002, for the 20th anniversary of Disney's Tron, NECA re-released several of the toys originally released by Tomy in 1982. They also expanded the line by adding a new blue lightcycle.

In 2003, NECA released a series of four action figures featuring characters from the PC game Tron 2.0.
