NECA (National Entertainment Collectibles Association) is an American manufacturer of collectibles founded in 1996. In 2002, for the 20th anniversary of Disney's TRON, NECA re-released several of the toys originally released by Tomy in 1982. They also expanded the line by adding a new blue light cycle.
