Clu, a hacker program of Kevin Flynn's
Hacker Programs, as indicated by their name, are a type of program created for the purpose of delving into computer memories and finding or extracting data from it.
There are only a few known of this type of program. Some, like Clu, were able to operate vehicles like tanks to achieve their goals.
