The Game Grid is a part of the computer world where programs fight in various gladiator games, including lightcycle games, Disk Arena, and a modified vertical version of Jai alai.

One of the most predominate features of the Game Grid's location is a grid square plane that is several miles wide. Surrounding the grid is giant walls with numeric and mathematical symbols displayed on them. If a lightcycle were to crash into a wall, a crack will appear and go right through the wall, creating an escape route for gladiator racers.
