Flynn's Arcade is a video game arcade owned and operated by Kevin Flynn. Originally his home, he later opened an arcade shortly after he was fired at ENCOM by Ed Dillinger, who had stolen the video games that Flynn wrote while working there as a programmer.

The arcade's neighborhood appeared to have been a bustling nighttime amusement and entertainment area at the time, and Flynn's was a popular hang-out for teens and had many video games including Flynn's own games, Space Paranoids, Matrix Blaster, Vice Squad, and Lightcycles.

In TRON: Legacy, Alan Bradley informed Sam Flynn of receiving a page from the building (the phone having been disconnected for over 20 years, and the neighborhood seemingly long derelict and abandoned). Sam investigates, finding an underground lab behind the TRON arcade game in the arcade, where he accidentally digitizes himself with the laser his father created, and find himself in the TRON system.

When entering the TRON system from Flynn's, the receiving end is a digital reconstruction of Flynn's Arcade in TRON City.
