Kurt Hardington is a person mentioned as being the CEO of ENCOM around 1990 to 2010. Hardington only exists within the scope of the Flynn Lives viral campaign however, and he has no presence in TRON: Legacy, with the exception of being mentioned in TRON: The Next Day.

Kurt Hardington was the new CEO of ENCOM after the disappearance of Kevin Flynn in November of 1989. He took over sometime after he vanished and proceeded to terminate several employees of ENCOM who were loyal to Flynn in order to reconstruct ENCOM for the coming decade on November 29th, 1990.[1] His status within the company after 2010 is unknown, but it's suggested that he was over thrown from his place as CEO after Sam Flynn retook ENCOM.[2]
