The fCon Chief Executive Officer is the main villain of Tron 2.0 and the person responsible for the unfriendly merger of ENCOM and fCon. Though it is never revealed who the Chief Executive Officer really is, it is suggested that Ed Dillinger or even Kevin Flynn (though unlikely) may be the person behind the camera.
