Popoff was born on February 13, 1978 in Lyon, France. He received her education from the American University of Paris in Paris, France. According to a data file found in a archive bin in Tron 2.0, Popoff is "a very driven individual." She "speaks fluent English, as well as German, Russian and Cantonese. She seems to be "excellent at managing large groups of people, but somewhat unapproachable in one on one situations".
