Cutler was a character in TRON: Uprising.
Biography
Cutler was captured for the games, where he met Beck. He and Beck fought together in the games and survived the first two rounds. For the final round, at the suggestion of Pavel, General Tessler pitted them against each other for the price of freedom. Cutler forfeited so that he and Beck would not have to derez each other. Beck then went on to rescue him disguised as Tron.
He was a veteran of the ISO wars, which is symbolized by the armband he wears. He was inspired by Beck and Tron to help overthrow Clu's rule. He originaly studied wind tunnels before joining the ISO wars.
