The Cooper SK 2000 was a hockey helmet manufactured by the now-defunct sporting goods manufacturer, Cooper Canada Ltd.. This was the helmet that all of the protagonist programs wore in the movie TRON. The antagonist programs wore Cooper SK 600s.
It's believed that the helmet design was originally designed by WinnWell and the rights to make the helmet were bought by Cooper. Flynn's helmet may be a WinnWell helmet or an early SK2000 due to a slightly different shape.
