Programs, unknowingly created by the
Users. It is completely made up of energy that constantly gives off light, as well as simplistic buildings that are made up of simple geometric shapes. The theory of Tron is showing the computer world which we usually see on one side of the monitor, shown in a distinctive style. The lines of energy that outline all geometric shapes and objects in the computer world can be speculated as being electricity that is in all of these objects, which in the real world may be circuitry.
