Clu's Command Ship is a large, flying cruiser employed by Clu 2 as a focal point in his command over the other programs. It builds on design principles apparent in the Recognizer, having a similar speed and VTOL capability, although is much larger with its long and flattened design. The bridge deck is a spacious command center with windows offering an extensive view of the surrounding area. An adjoining operations room provides more workstations for the crew, as well as security stations for Black Guards to guard the entrance to the bridge. The workstations in this location are strategically sensitive enough to warrant individual blast shields for their occupants, which drop to sheathe their wards in sturdy, transparent cylinders when triggered. A pedestal in the bridge is an interface intended to house and link to Kevin Flynn's identity disc and enable the cruiser to cross through the portal to the real world.

Trivia

Clu's Command Ship is reminiscent of Sark's Carrier from the first TRON film.

The Command Ship is announced as the "Throne Ship" by the announcement voice in Clu's carrier.
