A Faction of disenfranchised ISOs seeking asylum from purported xenophobic abuse.

The majority of its members relocated from City Core to the remote Outlands, desiring existance free from interference or influence of rival Basics. Egalitarian society governed by an advisory council, as selected democratically by general population.

Prone to aggressive self-modification in order to better survive the harsh conditions in the Outlands as well as to further delineate themselves from other programs.

Bostrumites primarily resided in Bostrum Colony, and had green circuitry, distinguishing them from the other ISOs.

Their were ultimately destroyed and/or infected by Abraxas during Clu's purge.
