Anon is a prototype security program written by Kevin Flynn and the main protagonist of Tron: Evolution. He was designed to assist Tron in keeping the peace during the Basic/ISO tensions before the Purge. He eventually got entangled in the events of Clu's rise involving the Virus. He gets help from Quorra and Gibson in his battle with the Virus and Clu's uprising.
Anon's primary weapon is his Light disc. He has a long range light attack. A close range Melee attack. And a Heavy attack which can be upgraded with four types. Heavy for hard hits, Bomb for extra damage, Stasis to slow enemies down and Corruption to drain thier health. He also has a Mag disc upgrade which he can use to pull himself toward energy points for quick travel. He starts at Version 1 and has 50 upgradeable Versions. Each version alots him with more memory so he can download and install more upgrades and attacks.
After saving Quorra from Clu 2, and derezzing Abraxas. He and Quorra escape on a Recognizer. After it malfunctions and falls to the ground, they are thrown ahead of it and as it's about to fall on them he pushes Quorra out of it's way. He is derrezed when the Recognizer they were riding crushed him.
Behind the scenes
Anon is short for Anonymous, because the developers wanted the player to be the character. He may be able to change the color of his circuitry due to images and Avatar Items on Xbox Live.
